Lalit has worked his way up from a computer hardware technician to Head of Operations, HR and Training, during which time he also provided specialised consulting services to businesses in India and abroad.
Lalit delivered transformational programs and courses of Landmark Worldwide for over 20 years and managed Vanto Group’s India Operations (Landmark’s Management Consulting Division) for 5 years. He has personally coached, trained and developed over 25,000 people from diverse backgrounds in living leadership, self-expression, management, communication, productivity. He specialises in coaching business leaders and organisations to move away from the Everyday-Ordinary™ ways of operating to elevate their leadership and transform the very culture of their organisations. He has worked with various organizations to create whole new eras in their evolution for cutting edge performance and out-of-the-ordinary growth.
Lalit approaches Leadership and Management in a unique way, distinct from common-knowledge or popular methods and tools. He founded Anantkaar in 2009. In 2022, working with Anantkaar Leadership Initiative he brought The Autonomy Course to India.
