Raghu started his career as an Advertising industry professional and established his own Advertising Agency in 1970s. Raghu has been an award-winning entrepreneur.

Since 1978, Raghu has been a Transformational Coach, Mentor and Trainer for thousands of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.  Raghu led Seminars, Communication Courses, and other senior programs for an international pioneer in transformational education and coaching industry for over 40 years. He has coached more than 35,000 people for creating breakthroughs in personal and professional productivity and performance worldwide.  

From 2012 to 2017, Raghu was a Senior Consultant and Program Leader for a pioneer in transformational management consulting firm. Here he delivered Corporate Transformation engagements and worked with several large organizations in transforming Corporate Culture and causing breakthroughs in organizational performance and productivity.

Since 2022, Raghu has been one of the Principle Consultants with Anantkaar.

Raghu lives in Mumbai with his wife. He likes to draw and paint, he has a deep interest in mind games and puzzles.
