SHWETA BASHANI

Shweta brings to Anantkaar Leadership Initiative her unique insight and highly developed ability in Corporate Communication, Brand Design and Development and Executive Representation. She also heads up a Brand and Communications advisory associated with Anantkaar.
Shweta in an intrapreneur who started as freelance writer 22 years ago. She has been serving start-ups and big organisations in the Cloud/Technology Industry. All through these years, she has gained extensive experience in running strategic initiatives for Leadership including external and internal communication, content marketing, global campaigns and sales enablement programs. An extraordinary thinker, Shweta is known for her results driven, client focused approach with strong ability to translate ideas into design solutions and deliver via hybrid models (in-house or agencies).
Shweta has served with HCL and other large organisations. Her last contribution as an employee in the corporate world was at Oracle for 12 years, where her last held position was Director.
Shweta holds dual degrees of B.Tech (Computer Systems) from Open University of British Columbia, Canada and an Honours degree in English Literature from Delhi University. She lives in Noida with her husband, their son and her elder sister.
